According to the indictment, around April 2017, Tien used the facebook account “Van Nguyen” to participate in the forums of the organization “Provisional National Government of Vietnam (CPQGVNLT)” and made friends with the facebook account “Kelly”. Trieu” (self-proclaimed brigadier general, director of staff of the Ministry of National Defense of the organization “CPVNLT”).
By the end of 2017, “Kelly Trieu” entices, entices, and hooks money to join the organization “CPQGVNLT”. By 2020, Money uses the facebook account “Nguyen Tuyen” and is continuously changed by the object in the organization to a new number for Money to operate.
