On July 12, the Department of Overseas Labor Management (Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs) issued a decision to impose an administrative sanction on three labor export companies, with an amount of 325 million VND.
Specifically, Joint Stock Company Shipping and International Labor Cooperation – INLACO SAIGON was fined 180 million VND.
The reason is that this company incorrectly signed a contract to send Vietnamese workers to work abroad under a contract with two employees; sending Vietnamese workers to work abroad exceeds the number of people registered under the labor supply contract of 322 people.
Similarly, Thuan An DMC Investment Joint Stock Company was fined 85 million dong, the reason being that it signed the wrong form of a contract to send Vietnamese workers to work abroad under a contract with three employees. In addition, the company liquidated the contract to send Vietnamese workers to work abroad not in accordance with the law. At the same time, failing to guide employees to participate in social insurance in accordance with the law on social insurance; paying on time to the Overseas Employment Support Fund in accordance with the law.
As for Giang Anh Trading and Study Abroad Consulting Joint Stock Company, it was fined 60 million dong, the reason being for failing to maintain one of the conditions specified in article 10 of the law on Vietnamese workers working abroad. in accordance with the contract in accordance with the law during the operation.
