1. Black tea

Drinking 3 to 4 cups of black tea a day can help lower both cholesterol and blood pressure, according to Express.
2. Green tea
Dr Bond said: “Green tea helps lower blood pressure but to a lesser extent than black tea. Research has found that drinking 5-6 cups of green tea per day reduces blood pressure by about 2 mHg.

3. Hibiscus tea
Hibiscus tea can help prevent high blood pressure.
Dr Bond said: “A meta-analysis of 22 studies found that drinking two to three cups of hibiscus tea per day can help lower blood pressure and prevent high blood pressure.
Research results show that 2 cups of hibiscus tea can reduce systolic blood pressure by 7.4 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure by 6.7 mmHg. However, more research on this effect is needed.
The doctor added that both green tea and hibiscus tea have been shown to also lower “bad” cholesterol while increasing “good” cholesterol levels, according to Dr. Express.
