



























The Architecture Leader Perspective (ALP) program has been initiated and organized annually since 2016 by LIXIL Vietnam, under the professional patronage of the Vietnam Association of Architects.
ALP deploys activities to support development and connect the Architecture – Design – Construction community on a national scale.

Not stopping at creating bridges, ALP 2021 – 2022 with the theme “The future of living space in Vietnam” forms a broader and more specialized platform, expecting to find solutions to solve space problems. Living through a combination of research between architecture firms, investors and a team of multidisciplinary experts, aiming at 6 criteria: safe living, healthy living, convenient living, smart living, and sustainable living , live sublime.
Within the framework of the program, there were 5 architectural firms carrying out research projects to propose solutions to problems in the practice of architecture – construction in Vietnam.

After 6 months of research implementation, proposals from five research topics were announced at the ALP conference 2021 – 2022: “The future of Vietnam’s living space – The first architectural approaches” taking place on May 1, 2019. July 1, 2022.


The topic “Houses on the outskirts of the city” proposes the design orientation of landscape architecture and houses in the periphery in order to solve the situation: spontaneous planning, architecture is not synchronized, the environment is negatively affected, .. .




The topic “ZU – Zero Space: Towards restructuring existing urban space” proposes a solution to renovate the existing space into a flexible space that meets the spiritual needs of users.




The topic “Solution and design for public space in high-rise buildings” proposes the design of public spaces in high-rise buildings to encourage community interaction and express the cultural identity and lifestyle of the community. urban.




The topic “Artificial intelligence: From architecture to life” proposes a model of using artificial intelligence to manage and operate buildings; build smart living space and save energy.




The topic “Reconstructed housing model” proposes a housing model to improve living space for residents in degraded housing areas in the inner city, and at the same time suggests solutions to change the appearance and space. urban in the future.


The results of practical research will be put into reports for export to organizations, investors, management and planning agencies to contribute to improving the quality of living space of Vietnamese people in the future.
The conference event attracted nearly 200 guests to attend and contribute ideas to discuss the topic “The future of living space in Vietnam”.



Also within the framework of the program, proposals from five companies were introduced to the public through ALP Pavilion 2021 – 2022: “The future of Vietnam’s living space – Urban dream” taking place at the space. Hoan Kiem Lake walking street, Hanoi.


The exhibition not only received the attention of architects and designers, but also attracted the community by its meaningful message of “dream” for a better future.
In the next stages, ALP will continue to develop an interdisciplinary cooperation platform, offer solutions that touch the needs of society, create practical value for the community, and suggest the direction for the journey. creating the future of quality living space for Vietnamese people.
