(PLO)- According to a representative of the Ministry of Information and Communications, Hot TV Channels and TV Politics are two reactionary channels that have been blocked from access from the territory of Vietnam.
On the afternoon of 5-7, at a press conference to provide information on activities of the information and communication industry in the first 6 months of 2023, a representative of the Ministry of Information and Communications said: In the fight against cross-border social networking platforms, the Ministry has proposed Facebook blocked and removed more than 2,468 articles that posted false information and propaganda against the Party, State, brands, individuals and organizations (90% rate).
In addition, remove three fake accounts of individuals and organizations; locked 8 accounts that regularly posted fake news and misinformation to destroy the Party and State, removed 54 advertising pages, bought and sold invoices.

Google removed 5390 infringing videos on Youtube (94%), blocked two reactionary YouTube channels from accessing from Vietnamese territory (Hot Channel TV and Chinh TV); TikTok has blocked and removed 407 offending links, posted false information, negative content (92% rate), of which 145 accounts regularly post content against the Party and State.
Along with the inspection and detection of violations, the Ministry of Information and Communications has also popularized the Ministry of Messages in content management on cross-border social networking platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
The ministry also calls for providing information and disseminating the law to the healthy content creation community on domestic and foreign platforms, so that through content creation, creators actively contribute to the creating a healthy social network platform space, complying with the law, speaking out, and jointly responsible for cleaning the platform.
