According to the police, before that, Phe and Nguyen Van Ro (born in 1995, HKTT in An Giang), Ms. H and some friends ate at a pub in Bau Bang district (Binh Duong).
While drinking, Ro asked Ms. H to go to a motel, but Ms. H agreed. While the group was drinking, Ro and Ms. H left the group to go to a motel.
However, when she arrived at the motel, Ms. H did not agree to allow Ro to have sex. At this time, Ro controlled to rape Ms. H. But Ms. H strongly resisted and ran away to the pub.
During the chaos, Ms. H dropped a phone at the motel. Due to fear, Ro took Ms. H’s phone and took a motorbike to run away towards Ben Cat town.
When she returned to the pub, Ms. H told Phe about the incident. Angry, Phe quickly chased Ro to avenge his girlfriend.
When chasing to DH 605 road in Chanh Phu Hoa ward (Ben Cat town), Phe caught up with Ro.
Terrified, Ro left his motorbike on the roadside and ran to hide. Because the night was dark and could not be chased, Phe used a lighter to burn Ro’s motorbike and then left.
Receiving the news, Ben Cat town police arrested Phe. Particularly, Ro was also arrested by Bau Bang District Police to investigate rape and property theft.
