Accordingly, after successfully committing the crime, the two fled to No Trang Long Street. The dashcam on a car recorded this image, but it was not clear enough to recognize the license plate of the Exciter.
However, with that initial information and images, combined with professional measures, on May 16, the special criminal force arrested Pham Quang Truong and Dinh Tien Dung.
After the struggle, the two suspects confessed to being friends at a university in Ho Chi Minh City. Because he had no money to spend, Truong invited Trung to rob the property. Two young men target women walking alone on a deserted street to take action.
According to the testimony of Truong and Trung, on the evening of 3-5, both rode motorbikes from District 8 through the roads in Binh Thanh District to find “prey”. In the morning of 4-5, both discovered that Ms. N was riding a motorbike alone on Pham Van Dong street, so she followed closely.
When Ms. N came to Luong Ngoc Quyen – Dang Thuy Tram, ward 13, Binh Thanh district, two robbers blocked the road and threatened to steal her backpack with a knife.
After robbing the property, Truong and Trung brought the phone to sell for 8.9 million dong, sharing it with each other.
These confessions and other objective evidence provide enough grounds for the Binh Thanh District Public Security Bureau to prosecute the accused with two robbers.
