Understanding that importance, Nestlé MILO has been organizing a series of diverse sports activities for children under the DYNAMIC VIETNAM program, most recently the MILO Walking Festival 2022 in Khanh Hoa, attracting nearly 10,000 students and parents.


To show the spirit of sportsmanship and determination to practice endurance for the dynamic journey, students from primary and secondary schools in Khanh Hoa had a 2km walk along the beach with the starting point from 2.4 Square. Although for many young people this is the first time trying, but when immersed in the exciting atmosphere of the festival, the laughter never stops during the journey.
It can be seen that this activity not only helps the children strengthen physically but also trains perseverance and determination to reach the destination forward. For children, persistent will is a virtue that needs to be properly developed and nurtured, thereby creating a solid foundation for comprehensive development so that the path to success becomes shorter.

After completing the walking journey, the children were able to practice and experience other sports such as football, basketball, volleyball, etc. at the willpower stations – a new highlight of the 2022 MILO Walking Festival.
With the aim of conveying the passion for sports, the willpower station is a place that gives children the opportunity to have more exposure to different subjects. When they find their favorite sport, it means they also have an additional companion to both improve their physical health and train their will to endure.


Through the MILO Walking Festival 2022 organized by Nestlé MILO, it can be seen that the spirit of dynamism is always present in the young generation. This is also the driving force for the brand to be consistent with the vision and mission of nurturing the Vietnamese generation to develop comprehensively. To date, Nestlé MILO’s sports sponsorship activities have directly reached 2.5 million children across Vietnam and become a playground trusted by many parents, encouraging children to participate, especially every summer.

During the nearly 30-year journey of presence in Vietnam, Nestlé MILO strives to energize and persevere through live and online sports arenas. Some typical activities such as Energy Summer Camp, Children’s Online Running Tournament, football, basketball, Vovinam school tournaments… Particularly for Walking Festival, since it was first held in 2014, the event has traveled through many provinces and inspired sports to nearly 100,000 children across the country.

And after each child’s journey, parents are always the companions and persistent wills to help them walk more firmly. MILO Walking Day also contributes to creating opportunities for parents to get close to their children, thereby helping to raise the awareness of both parents and children about exercise. A study published in the journal Frontiers in Psychology concluded that parental support in physical activity (including taking children to exercise sites or joining them) can increase children’s levels of physical activity, promoting an active lifestyle.


For children, sport is not only to burn with passion but also to practice perseverance through challenging training and competition. When pursuing sports, in addition to the joy of struggling in their hobby, the children also learn many life lessons from this close companion. Every day we need to win over ourselves a little more, and that’s when children practice more enduring will for themselves.
