Ana Mandara Resort, operating since 1997, has the most prime location in Nha Trang City, over 26,000m2 wide.2 stretching nearly 400m of the east coast of Tran Phu street.

After dismantling, the fence in front of Tran Phu Street at the resort has become clear, residents and visitors can go in and out comfortably, no longer the barrier scene as before. Mr. Phu (Nha Trang City), said: “Nha Trang beach park strip can be said to be the most beautiful in the country, so the recovery of Ana Mandara resort to serve the community is great, there will be no longer the scene of the park strip being interrupted as before. I hope the government will soon renovate and embellish this area so that people and tourists can benefit.”
However, a number of beachfront bungalows are still kept, the investor said that he has proposed to the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa province to temporarily allow the use of some works with appropriate architecture, bold national cultural identity, in harmony with nature such as the system of trees, swimming pool to serve the public in combination with tourism service business, until the urban design project of the eastern area of Tran Phu – Pham Van Dong street is approved.
The People’s Committee of Nha Trang City also said that the existence of a number of works according to the current status at Ana Mandara Nha Trang resort to organize service and utility points for beach and park users is consistent with the orientation of the general planning adjustment project. According to a security guard at the resort, workers still water and take care of bonsai every day to ensure the beauty of the area.

The area along the east side of Tran Phu – Pham Van Dong Street (Nha Trang City) with a total length of about 15 km, an area of about 240 hectares, has a specific nature in landscape and plays an important role in the overall development of tourism, is a coastal park serving the public of Nha Trang City. In order to effectively manage the land, space, and landscape architecture of this area according to the above-mentioned uses, the Provincial People’s Committee has conducted an urban design project for the area east of Tran Phu – Pham Van Dong street in the direction of forming a green park strip, combined with public services.
