NNKQ, born in 2010, lives in An Lac Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City, just finished grade 7 at Binh Tan Secondary School, with good results. Q. is the first daughter of Ms. Cao Thi Kim Ngan and Mr. NTB. Before the epidemic hit, Ms. Ngan rented a commercial space, and Mr. B. worked as a mechanic. At the beginning of September 2021, Mr. B. was infected with Covid-19 and died. Q. lives with his mother and 2 younger sisters. Since the day her husband died, the economy was too difficult, so she took the children to her biological parents’ house to take care of them, she returned to Dong Nai to sell rice to acquaintances to earn money to support the children. Although far away from their mother, Ngan’s children are very obedient and always study hard. “This scholarship is very meaningful, not only helping to cover the cost of their children’s education, but also a source of encouragement to help them study better.
