BTNP (8th grade, Tan Kien Secondary School, Binh Chanh District) is pleased to announce the GPA of the past school year is 9.5, an admirable achievement. She shared: “Since my father passed away, my mother worked very hard alone to feed my two sisters, so I had to help her more and try to study well to make her happy and repay the kindness to those who helped. And THT (grade 11 Nguyen Cong Tru High School, Go Vap District) confided: “The family incident when losing my father made me very depressed and lost my interest in studying, making my 10th grade academic results. I’m not good but since I got the program scholarship Let’s go on with life sponsored by Eximbank at the beginning of my 11th grade year, this is what changed me and motivated me to try harder in my studies to repay those who helped me during difficult times, and please mom. NNKQ, born in 2010, lives in An Lac Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City, just finished grade 7 at Binh Tan Secondary School, with good results. Q. is the first daughter of Ms. Cao Thi Kim Ngan and Mr. NTB. Before the epidemic hit, Ms. Ngan rented a commercial space, and Mr. B. worked as a mechanic. At the beginning of September 2021, Mr. B. was infected with Covid-19 and died. Q. lives with his mother and 2 younger sisters. Since the day her husband died, the economy was too difficult, so she took the children to her biological parents’ house to take care of them, she returned to Dong Nai to sell rice to acquaintances to earn money to support the children. Although far away from their mother, Ngan’s children are very obedient and always study hard. “This scholarship is very meaningful, not only helping to cover the cost of their children’s education, but also a source of encouragement to help them study better. Many thanks Newspaper Youth cared, shared with the children, helped the family and children overcome difficulties,” said Ngan emotionally.

After giving flowers and gifts in place of thanks from the Newspaper Editorial Board Youth to the representative of Eximbank was the awarding of scholarships to 10 students, each student received 5 million VND. If they have good academic results in the first semester of the next school year, they will continue to receive this scholarship.
