(PLO)- Guangdong Xingfa Group (China) and Asean Window Company have just launched a new product Xingfa Class A in Vietnam market.
This is a product researched and developed exclusively for the Vietnamese market. The team of engineers from Asean Window Company cooperated with Guangdong Xingfa to create the Xingfa Class A brand aluminum bar system with many preeminent features.

Accordingly, the aluminum bar is designed with C groove structure. This is the European technical standard for the aluminum bar system that has been circulated and developed in the European region.
The aluminum bar is multi-cavity structure, which enhances the rigidity and sound insulation of the aluminum bar to a much higher standard than the traditional slotted cavity system. Xingfa Class A system is designed with up to 14 gasket installation positions. The use of high-grade EPDM gasket material creates a tight seal, improves water resistance, sound insulation, and minimizes heat transfer.
Xingfa Class A aluminum bar has a thickness of up to 2.2mm, making it resistant to storms up to level 14, improved powder coating technology guarantees up to 10 years, marine salt resistant PVDF coating technology provides up to 25 years warranty.
Special surface treatment of Xingfa Class A aluminum bar using Anodized-ED technology from Japan enhances the hardness, finish, color uniformity of aluminum bars, warranty up to 20 years. Color fastness up to 50 years. This is a technology jointly developed by Asean Window and Xingfa for the Vietnamese market.
