(PLO)- The salary arrangement of public employees specializing in social work from January 28, 2023 will be implemented in accordance with Circular 26/2022 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
Recently, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 26/2022 stipulating codes, standards for professional titles and salary classification of public employees specializing in social work.
This Circular will take effect from January 28, 2023.
Accordingly, public employees specializing in social work are no longer required to have foreign language or computer science certificates. Instead, it is required that public employees have basic information technology skills and can use foreign languages or ethnic minority languages for officials working in ethnic minority areas according to job position requirements.
Also in Circular 26, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs stipulates the detailed salary arrangement for each title according to the professional and professional salary table for cadres and public employees in the State’s non-business units (Table 3) issued together with Decree No. 204/2004.
Specifically, the main social worker occupation title is entitled to the salary coefficient of the A2 class 1 public official (A2.1), from the salary coefficient 4.40 to the salary coefficient 6.78. For the social worker occupation title, the salary coefficient of the A1 public employee is applied, from the salary coefficient of 2.34 to the salary coefficient of 4.98. For the professional title of social worker, the salary coefficient of a class B public employee is applied, from 1.86 to 4.06 salary coefficient.
