The People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has just planned to launch an emulation movement “to accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital in Ho Chi Minh City” in the period of 2023-2025.
Accordingly, the emulation movement aims to create strong motivation, improve quality, and continue to effectively implement solutions and directions of the City Party Committee and the City People’s Committee to complete the objectives and tasks. annual socio-economic development.
At the same time, promote the creativity of collectives and individuals in proposing solutions to speed up progress and complete key works, projects, and target programs of the city and city. strive to complete the disbursement of public investment capital according to the annual resolution of the City Council.
Through the emulation movement, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City will commend and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding and typical achievements and have effective solutions to complete the disbursement of public investment capital.
The object of emulation is the collective of departments, divisions, branches, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations and People’s Committees of districts, cities in the area; agencies and units that are investors of works, projects and targeted programs of the city using public investment capital; units that directly construct and implement the city’s target projects, projects and programs.
