When housewives cook dishes that need to be cooked thoroughly such as bone broth, stewed soup, etc., choose a pressure cooker to cook quickly, saving time and gas. During the cooking time, users should pay attention to adjust the flame to the bottom of the pot, do not let the fire be too loud.

People should also limit the use of cold water in a pot of hot water because having to boil it again will cause gas. Estimate the amount of water needed for the dish to boil right from the start. If required, people can add hot water.

Clean the kitchen regularly

Housewives should pay attention to clean the gas stove regularly, do not let the dirt clog the gas lines. If not cleaned, the path is blocked, making the gas unstable, the flame does not burn evenly, which makes the time for food to cook longer.

Do not turn on, turn off continuously

According to Mr. Thanh, users should not turn the stove on and off continuously. Absolutely do not cook while doing other things, which can easily lead to overcooking, shallow water, even burning the pot, etc.

In addition, people should use a windscreen for gas stoves so that the entire flame focuses on the cooking pot, not spreading to the outside. People can buy gas-saving brackets at trade centers, markets, supermarkets, etc. This is also an effective and safe way to save gas.

Lock the gas tank after use

Locking the gas cylinder after use not only ensures safety and prevents fire and explosion for the family, but also avoids the loss of gas to the outside.
