Legal education activities at the central level – Dissemination of legal education

In order to effectively carry out the tasks of the Joint Program No. 1067/CTPH-BTP-THVN-TNVN-VNA dated March 24, 2023 between the Ministry of Justice and Vietnam Television, Voice of Vietnam and the News Agency Vietnam commune on communication, dissemination and education of law and information on the activities of the Ministry and the Justice sector in the period of 2023 – 2028 (Program No. 1067); improve efficiency and bring into play the strengths of key media agencies in fully transmitting legal information, legal dissemination and education (PBGDPL), and information on activities of ministries and branches Justice, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with wide coverage, improving legal understanding and awareness of law observance among people of all walks of life, on June 20, 2023, the Ministry of Justice took Maintain and coordinate with Vietnam Television Station, Voice of Vietnam Radio, and Vietnam News Agency to issue Decision No. 1068/QD-BTP approving the Program implementation plan No. 1067 in 2023.

In order to effectively implement activities to respond to Vietnam Law Day 2023 in the Ministry of Justice, demonstrating the exemplary and pioneering role of each agency, unit, cadre, civil servant and public employee , employees of the Ministry in response to Vietnam Law Day, on June 20, 2023, the Ministry of Justice issued Decision No. 1067/QD-BTP promulgating a plan to organize activities to respond to National Law Day Socialist Republic of Vietnam by the Ministry of Justice in 2023.

On November 29, 2022, the Government issued Decree No. 98/2022/ND-CP stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice, in which the organizational model has been transformed. and the activities of the Department of Legal Dissemination and Education (PBGDPL) to the Department of Legal Affairs. On that basis, the Minister of Justice issued a Decision stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Department of Legal Affairs.

Implementing Decision No. 747/QD-BTP dated May 18, 2023 of the Ministry of Justice promulgating the Plan to inspect the implementation of the Law on Conciliation at grassroots level, on June 14, 2023, the inspection team of the Ministry of Justice The law has inspected the implementation of the law on conciliation at the grassroots in Phu Thuy ward, Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province. On the morning of June 14, 2023, the delegation of the Secretariat to assist the Central Law Dissemination and Education Coordination Council (PBGDPL) held a working seminar in Binh Thuan province on implementing the work of law enforcement. and the implementation of Decision No. 407/QD-TTg dated March 30, 2022 of the Prime Minister.
