Local legal education activities – Dissemination of legal education

In order to strengthen the legal knowledge and skills in applying the law to the actual work of the mediator; create conditions for mediators to meet, exchange, learn and exchange experiences, contributing to improving professional qualifications, professionalism and operational efficiency of grassroots mediators in the province; thereby, praising and honoring outstanding examples in grassroots reconciliation work. At the same time, practically responding to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 2023, on June 27, 2023, the People’s Committee of Soc Trang province issued Plan No. 130/KH-UBND on organization of the Association. The contest for excellent mediators in Soc Trang province in 2023.

Implementation of Plan No. 495/KH-STP-LDLD-HLHPN, dated March 28, 2023 between the Department of Justice and the Provincial Labor Confederation and the Provincial Women’s Union on the implementation of law dissemination and education. for women, employees and employers in various types of enterprises in the period of 2023 – 2025, on the morning of June 30, 2023, the Department of Justice coordinated with the Provincial Labor Confederation and the District Labor Confederation. Lap Vo organizes propaganda activities, legal dialogue and a playground to learn about the law among union members and employees in 2023. Attending the activity were representatives of leaders of the Legal Dissemination and Education Department, Department of Justice. France; representative of the leadership of the Department of Propaganda – Legal Policy and Labor Relations; representatives of leaders of Lap Vo district Labor Confederation and nearly 250 union members and workers in Lap Vo district.

On June 21, in Ho Chi Minh City. Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee organized a training conference for provincial legal rapporteurs. The conference has 250 delegates who are provincial legal rapporteurs; leaders of the People’s Committee, the Justice Department and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of districts, towns and cities attended. The Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee authorized the Director of the Department of Justice Le Van Toan to chair the Conference.

Over the past time, Ninh Hoa Town People’s Committee has often paid attention to directing and synchronously implementing many solutions, continuing to promote the role of the standing agency, so the work of law dissemination and education (PGP) in the locality. The town’s table in the first 6 months of the year was maintained stably and achieved high efficiency.
