(PLO)- The Green Living Festival 2023 has 47 booths and various activities in two days from June 3 to 4-6 at Khanh Hoi Park.
On the morning of June 3, Ho Chi Minh City Department of Natural Resources and Environment coordinated with units to organize Green Living Festival at Khanh Hoi Park (District 4, Ho Chi Minh City) with the participation of 32 organizations, units and businesses.
This is an event to introduce and promote environmentally friendly products, services and technologies. The festival is an opportunity for city people, students, and children to learn about sustainable consumption and an environmentally friendly lifestyle.

Speaking at the festival, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Bui Xuan Cuong, said: “Besides the task of economic and social recovery, the city always focuses on building a clean, green and environmentally friendly city. With the efforts of the authorities at all levels, the environmental protection work has achieved positive changes in recent years.
The city has a total of 1,920 points, clean, green, environmentally friendly buildings, 516 residential areas recognized as clean – beautiful residential areas. This is an encouraging result from the joint efforts of the whole system,” said Mr. Cuong.

At the festival, Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang, Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Natural Resources and Environment, informed, implemented the direction of the City People’s Committee, launched by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment together with other departments, People’s Committees at all levels to closely coordinate with the Fatherland Front.
