Traffic police temporarily seized 720 cars, nearly 74,000 motorbikes and 713 3 – 4 wheeled vehicles. . More than 211,000 cases of implementing sanctioning decisions with a total amount of nearly 370 billion VND. More than 11,500 cases were fined on the spot by traffic police with a total amount of more than 1.7 billion VND.
