(PLO)- To implement the Trade Agreements and Economic Partnership Agreements, the Government has issued special preferential import and export tariffs.
On December 30, 2022, the Government issued 16 Decrees stipulating the Preferential Export Tariff and the Special Preferential Import Tariff to implement Trade Agreements, Economic Partnership Agreements, jointly effective from the date of issue.
The above resolutions include:
Decree 112/2022 on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff for the implementation of the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and Chile in the 2022-2027 period.
Decree 113/2022 on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff for the implementation of a Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam on the one hand and the Eurasian Economic Union and its member states on the other. period 2022-2027.
Decree 114/2022 on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff for the implementation of the Trade Agreement between Vietnam and Cuba in the 2022-2027 period.
Decree 115/2022 on Vietnam’s Preferential Export Tariff and Special Preferential Import Tariff for the implementation of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership for the period 2022-2027.
Decree 116/2022 on Vietnam’s Preferential Export Tariff and Special Preferential Import Tariff for the implementation of the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the European Union in the 2022-2027 period.
Decree 117/2022 on the Preferential Export Tariff and the Special Preferential Import Tariff of Vietnam to implement the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam, the UK and Northern Ireland in the 2022-2027 period.
