According to sports experts, longtime weightlifters can understand very well the limits of how much weight they can lift. However, when they lift weights at the limit, there is a risk of an accident. It is during these times that a trainer is essential. It’s usually the coach or the people you practice with. With the barbell squat, some exercises will have a support bar to ensure the safety of the practitioner, according to Daily Star.
