Xuan My Education Investment Co., Ltd. has recovered more than 4.6 hectares. This land area has also been leased by the People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc province since 2014 but so far the company has not implemented the project.
The People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc province said that these three companies have all violated Point I, Clause 1, Article 64 of the 2013 Land Law. The recovered land will be returned to the Loc Ninh District Land Fund Development Center for management.
It is known that these three projects are among 13 projects that have been proposed to be withdrawn because they have not been put into use for a long time.
