According to the design documents, the project has a length of 1.5km. The starting point from Km 0+00 intersects with Highway 47 at Km 20+050 (Phu Son intersection) in Phu Son ward, Thanh Hoa city. The end point (Km 1+500) connects the intersection of the road project from Thanh Hoa city with Tho Xuan airport to Nghi Son economic zone in An Hung ward, Thanh Hoa city. Design speed 50km/h.
