(PLO)- Despite having a previous conviction for murder, Le Van Ga still did not repent and continued to strike with her new lover.
On June 20, the People’s Court of Binh Phuoc province sentenced Le Van Ga (45 years old, born in Ben Tre) to death for murder. The victim is Ms. L (40 years old), who used to live with the accused as husband and wife.

Notably, in 2005, defendant Ga also killed his first lover. After serving 11 years in prison for murder, Ga was released from prison but still did not change but continued to kill his new lover.
According to the indictment, Ga and Ms. L live together as husband and wife in Tan Quan commune, Hon Quan district, Binh Phuoc. During their time together, Ga often drank and beat L.
Because she didn’t want to live with Ga anymore, L kicked this person out of the house.
Annoyed, at dawn on February 17, Ga Gau, with a knife and a bottle of herbicide, went to Ms. L’s house with the intention of killing her lover and then committing suicide.
When she saw Ms. L in the house, Ga used a knife to stab her lover several times. Ms. L screamed and fought fiercely and was taken to the emergency room by people, but the victim died from her injuries.
After committing the crime, Ga fled and was arrested soon after.
