Cyber espionage and sabotage activities by hostile forces are increasingly complicated, causing serious consequences on sovereignty, security, politics, foreign affairs, economy and society.
Cyberattacks on critical information systems of national security in order to destroy databases, cause disruption or hijack are more frequent.
Cybersecurity issues are demanding to continue to be identified, explained, analyzed new points in terms of theory and practice, looking for mottos and solutions from a cryptographic perspective, an administrative perspective to solve the problem. effectively prevent, respond to and deal with non-traditional security threats, focusing on cyber security in the national security.
