Pham Van Bach street has no road markings
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Trang, who lives on Pham Van Bach street, said: “Every day, I see the situation of vehicles participating in traffic not giving way to each other, and often running to the middle of the road. At night, because the road is wide, many people run fast and turn back. There are no lane markings, no speed markings, pedestrian crossings, so it’s very dangerous.”
Request authorities to paint road markings and signs to limit the risk of accidents.
