MINISTRY OF FINANCE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM No. 82/2003/QĐ-BTC Independence – Freedom - Happiness Hanoi, 13 June 2003 The decision of the Finance Minister on the issuance of the list of export, import commodities of Vietnam The Minister of Finance - Pursuant to the Customs Law No.29/2001-QH10 passed by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 9 th legislature, 10 th Session on June 29, 2001; - Pursuant to the Governmental Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 on stipulating the functions, duties, rights and organizations of the Ministry; Ministerial-level agencies; - Pursuant to the Governmental Decree No.06/2003/ND-CP dated January 22, 2003 on stipulating the classification of export, import commodities; - Upon the proposal of the General Director of Customs; Decides Article 1: The list of export, import commodities of Vietnam is issued in conjunction with this Decision. Article 2: The list is unanimously applied to develop tax rate for export, import commodities, classify exports, imports; make State statistics on export, imports and serve the State management in exports, imports in the field of trade and others. Article 3: This Decision shall take effect from July 1, 2003 Article 4 : The General Director of Customs, the heads of the units which are belonging to and under the control of the Ministry of Finance and the relating organizations and individuals are responsible for the implementation of this Decision./ For the Minister of Finance Deputy Minister Truong Chi Trung (signed)
